MICROSTOCK CHECKER

User guide

For the Windows 3.2.0 pre-release. Older editions do not establish feature parity with this build.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Start with file copies

Select an input folder in Workspace. Scanning reads that folder, not subfolders. Set the output and use Report only for your first test. Keep backups before choosing Move.

Choose Check Sortir, Auto Metadata or both. Do not edit or move files while processing.

Check Sortir

Raster QC calculates blur and similarity locally. A simple visual hash finds potential similar files; it does not prove two works are identical. Review detected pairs and the selected quality candidate.

These checks do not analyze style, anatomy, copyright, model releases or each marketplace rule. A vector listed as Passed has not necessarily been visually inspected.

Auto Metadata and your API

Enter your own OpenRouter key and select a vision-capable model. The key is used in the app session and is not intentionally sent to WD DIGI. Check balance, model and connection.

JPG/PNG below 6,000,000 bytes can be sent to OpenRouter as original images. Missing keys, large files and vectors may produce filename-based drafts. Read logs and metadata; OK status alone does not prove the AI saw the image. Do not send sensitive content without permission.

Combined workflow and output

Use Report only or Copy when combining QC and metadata. Avoid Move + metadata in this pre-release: files may move before metadata reads them.

Open output and review reports and CSV. Match headers, categories, titles and keywords to the current platform template. Drafts are not guaranteed to import into every marketplace.

Formats and current limits

Local raster QC reads JPG/JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF and TIFF. EPS, AI, SVG, PDF and PS can be listed, but visual vector inspection and AI vector metadata are unavailable. Ghostscript remains external; this build detects it but does not use it as a renderer.

Video, audio and WEBP are not supported formats in this build. The app UI is currently English. If an error occurs, stop processing and preserve the message without the API key.
