What to include
Provide the app version and edition, Windows version, workflow, file format, error message and steps to reproduce it. Redact keys, personal names and sensitive paths from screenshots.
Only share sample files you have permission to share. For purchases, provide the channel and necessary order reference, not card details or a full license key.
API connection issues
Check connection and DNS, OpenRouter balance, key and image support for the selected model. A DNS error does not prove a key is invalid. Check costs and logs before repeatedly retrying a batch.
Vectors or incorrect metadata
This build does not visually inspect vectors. Filename drafts can appear as successful results, so review the title, description and keywords. AI image metadata requires JPG/PNG below 6 MB.
For rejected CSV, provide the platform, importer error, header and one redacted example row. Use the latest platform template.
Report AI output or security issues
Use subject "Microstock Checker - AI output" for harmful or inappropriate titles, descriptions, categories or keywords. Include the output, model, time and context without a key. For exposed data or keys use "Microstock Checker - Security" and revoke affected keys.
Do not publish credentials or private material in reports. Email support does not promise instant replies or a fixed service-level agreement.
